Produced for the Audi Design Awards 2016.

The result is a product engineered to take the most from the structural features of plywood, combining highly flexible resistance with an extraordinarily low weight. Using rapid prototyping tools, standard 22mm plywood and digital production files, we created an accessible seat - easy and cheap to fabricate, with a very simple assembly process. Once mounted, the result is industrial strength-like, and despite its apparent light-weight design, can withstand heavy loads.
